A true professional, Jackie took the time to thoroughly discuss my medical history, carefully listening to my concerns and talking through each procedure, including the risks, before recommending some treatment options that she felt were right for me. There was no pressure to go ahead or unrealistic expectations given and she was happy when I wanted to take time to think it over.
